Italian survey 1987-8: disturbed site with Late Roman pottery. On four mounds: 1) small round Kom 10m diameter with baked brick fragments; 2) small Kom 10m diameter about 50m north of No.1; 3) Kom about 5m diameter, east of No.2; 4) Kom 10m diameter 50m north east of No.1. Finds: Density very high: Terra sigillata, Roman red slip including Hayes Form 96, and (?) amphorae. Condition: Disturbed, once larger covering at least 300-400m around Kom No.1.
