| Site visited by J and P Spencer in 1990: little pottery on surface except on E, where there was Late Roman and Coptic material, with fired bricks. Disturbed by sebakh digging with some rubbish thrown back. Pascale Ballet and Thomas von der Way collected sherds from the surface and from two test-pits in 1983 as part of the DAI survey. Recorded two examples of Roman Imperial pottery with others of later date. | Photograph
