This mound
has been cut in half and the north-west side levelled for development associated
with a canal. The missing half would have extended as far as the canal

The Amsterdam University survey of 1984-5 found mud brick wall-remains in the centre of the mound. NK, Saite - Persian, Ptolemaic and Roman sherds were noted. |
